About Us

Running Hare Garden Design was set up by Janette Dollamore. Originally a Chartered Librarian, Janette decided to change careers back in 2000. After studying for the RHS General Certificate in Horticulture she went on to take a Diploma in Garden Design at Merrist Wood College, passing the course with a distinction. Since then Janette has created designs for a wide variety of domestic commissions, from contemporary courtyards to large family gardens. She has also co-designed two award-winning small show gardens at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, winning bronze and silver medals.
