Dark green leaves, turning crimson and purple in autumn. Flattened clusters of small white flowers in early summer, followed by pale blue-white berries. Brilliant coral pink to crimson stems. Good for winter colour, so effective in any situation where the stems will show up well (eg waterside planting, aginst darker shrubs). Looks good planted in large groups.
